Programs and Services Offered:
Wellspring shelter provides safe, short term accommodation for women in crisis with or without children. First priority is given to women and children fleeing domestic violence. The shelter offers a 24-hour, 365 day a year staffed residential service which includes; a 24 hour toll-free crisis line, supportive counseling and information, referral services to appropriate agencies, preventative initiatives including – education and awareness, resource library with visual materials on a variety of topics, Child support programming, Outreach support and follow-up and advocacy supporting women and children.
